Section 17-2026-65 - Time limits(a) To the extent resources are available, the facility Operator may allow a participant to reside in a unit of a transitional homeless shelter for up to twenty-four months.(b) A facility Operator may grant an extension to the term of residency, provided that the facility Operator obtains written approval from the executive director or designated representative.Haw.
