Section 17-2021-30 - Applicability(a) The expedited grievance procedure is established for any grievance concerning a proposed termination of tenancy that involves: (1) Any criminal activity that threatens the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of the authority's public housing premises by other residents or employees of the authority, or (2) Any drug-related criminal activity on or near such premises.(b) The informal settlement of grievances pursuant to section 17-2021-10 is not applicable under the expedited grievance procedure.Haw.
