Section 17-2015-11 - Qualifying requirements for arbitration of renegotiation of lease rent

All leases for residential leasehold lots and all leases, including subleases executed or acquired by assignment by cooperative housing corporations shall be eligible and considered qualified for arbitration if the criteria outlined in sections 519-2 or 519-3, HRS, are met.
