Section 17-2000-41 - Contested cases; applicability

The right to a contested case hearing shall exist where provided for by administrative rule of the authority or where required by law. The right to hearing shall only be afforded to the person affected by the action or decision of the authority, unless otherwise provided by rules of the authority or by law.
