Section 17-895.1-90 - Program modifications for drop-in care(a) All requirements set forth in this chapter shall be met by the provider except for section 17-895.1-41(a) and (d).(b) Infants and toddlers receiving drop-in care shall be cared for in separate areas or groups from the other infants and toddlers who attend the program regularly.(c) If a facility serves both drop-in children and children who attend regularly, the grouping of the children and the program shall be planned so that the needs of both groups are met.(d) The facility shall have the following information in writing:(1) The ages of the infants and toddlers accepted for drop-in care;(2) The procedures for admittance and release of drop-in children; and(3) Arrangements for staffing and separate activities for drop-in children.Haw.
