The purpose of this chapter is to establish the rules governing the administration and implementation of the Supporting Employment Empowerment (SEE) program, a support service for First-To-Work program participatis. This subchapter includes eligibility participation requirements for program participants and prospective employers, and determination of employer reimbursement payments. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as providing an employer any right to participate in the SEE program.
