Section 17-794.1-41 - Holidays and excused absence policy(a) The department shall establish its holidays and excused absence policy in accordance with 45 C.F.R. §261.60 and implement such policy in accordance with and through the federally approved TANF WVP.(b) Actual hours of participation may include hours missed due to holidays and excused absences.(c) Excused absences may be granted in any of the instances where the department can grant good cause under section 17-794.1-40 for non-compliance with requirements of this chapter.Haw.
