Section 17-794.1-17 - Employability plan The department shall develop an employability plan for each enrollee who becomes a participant in the program. The employability plan may:
(1) Be based on the employability assessment of the participant;(2) Be developed in consultation with the participant;(3) Be consistent with the participant's interests, values, and abilities;(4) Reflect the preferences of the participant, to the maximum extent practicable;(5) Identify the participant's employment objectives;(6) Use appropriate program resources and available local employment opportunities;(7) Specify tasks that will be conducted or coordinated by the department to assist the participant to achieve the employment objective;(8) Specify activities and tasks that will be undertaken by the participant to achieve an objective of universal engagement and, ultimately, employment; and(9) Specify time frames and schedules for accomplishing tasks and activities.Haw.
