Section 17-684.1-61 - Reporting requirements(a) An able-bodied adult subject to the provisions of this subchapter shall report the following changes within ten days of the date the change becomes known to the household: (1) When work or training hours decrease below twenty hours per week, averaged monthly; and(2) When employment or training is terminated.(b) The reporting requirement specified in subsection (a) shall be adhered to regardless of the type of reporting system specified in chapter 17-650 that the department has assigned to the household.Haw.
