Section 17-684.1-22 - Ending disqualification(a) After the applicable disqualification period for noncompliance with food stamp program work requirements has ended, participation may resume if the disqualified individual reapplies and is determined to be in compliance with work requirements.(b) A disqualified individual may resume participation during the disqualification period if the individual becomes exempt from the work registration requirements during that period, and is otherwise eligible.Haw.
