Section 17-683-60 - Interstate claims collection(a) Unless a transfer occurs as outlined in subsection (b) the department shall be responsible for initiating and continuing collection action on any food stamp recipient claim regardless of whether the household remains in the state.(b) The department may accept a claim from another state if the household with the claim moves into the state.
