Section 17-683-11 - Required branch action Once entitlement to restoration of lost benefits has been determined by the branch, action shall be automatically taken to restore any benefits that were lost. The branch shall notify the household of:
(1) Its entitlement to receive lost benefits;(2) The amount to be restored;(3) Any offsetting that was done;(4) The method of restoration; and(5) The right to appeal through the hearing process if the household disagrees with any aspect of the proposed lost benefit restoration.[Eff 3/19/93; comp NOV 19 2005] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: 7 C.F.R. §273.17(b) )
