Section 17-681-40 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to:

(1) Delineate the manner of state financial participation in the federal supplemental security income (SSI) program; and

(2) Establish the eligibility requirements and conditions for state loans to applicants for federal SSI benefits.
