Section 17-663-85 - Combined financial assistance/SFSP application process(a) In order to facilitate participation in the FSP, households applying for financial assistance shall be notified of their right to apply for food stamp benefits at the same time and shall be allowed to apply for food stamp benefits at the same time the households apply for other assistance.(b) A household's eligibility and benefit level shall be based on food stamp eligibility criteria and the household shall be certified in accordance with the notice, timeliness, and procedural requirements of the food stamp rules.[Eff 3/19/93; comp 11/19/05; am and comp OCT 07 2010] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: 7 C.F.R. §273.2(j) )
