Section 17-663-56 - Exemption from work registration requirement(a) A student who has met the eligibility requirements set forth in section 17-663-53(a), with the exception of students who are placed in an institution of higher education through the FTW or E&T programs as specified in section 17-663-53(a)(7)(B) and (C), shall be exempt from any work registration requirement.(b) Persons not enrolled at least half-time or who experience a break in enrollment status due to graduation, expulsion, suspension, or who drop out or otherwise do not intend to return to school, shall not be considered students for the purpose of qualifying for this exemption.[Eff 3/19/93; am and comp 11/19/05; comp OCT 07 2010] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: 7 C.F.R. §273.7(b)(1) )
