Section 17-663-47 - Exemptions from advance notice(a) Advance notice of termination to a resident of a group living arrangement shall not be required when the following occur: (1) The facility loses its certification from the state department of health or the department; or(2) FNS suspends the facility's status as an authorized representative, disqualifying the facility as a retailer.(b) A resident of a group living arrangement applying on the resident's own behalf shall be eligible to participate, if otherwise eligible.[Eff 3/19/93; comp 11/19/05; comp OCT 07 2010] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: 7 C.F.R. §273.13(b)(11) )
