Section 17-663-104 - Single employer household
(a) Farm laborers whose primary source of income is from regular farm employment with the same employer shall be certified for periods up to one year, providing that income may be readily predicted and household circumstances are not likely to change. The households are regularly employed for the entire year when the households receive a regular monthly salary.
(b) For a regularly employed and paid farm worker, the monthly income figure shall be used to determine the benefit level for the entire certification period because it is regular and should not vary from month to month.
(c) Households which by contract derive the households' annual income in a period of time shorter than one year shall have the income averaged over a twelve-month period provided the income is not received on an hourly or piecework basis.
