Section 17-661-13 - Relationship to supplemental security income(a) All refugee recipients under the refugee resettlement program who are sixty-five years of age or older, or who are blind or disabled shall be referred to the Social Security Administration to apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.(b) State supplemental assistance to refugee SSI recipients shall be provided according to state standards.[Eff 3/19/93] (Auth: HRS §§ 346-14, 346-56) (Imp: HRS § 346-56)
