Section 17-656.2-24 - General eligibility requirements(a) A household shall meet the categorical eligibility requirements as specified in subchapter 1.(b) The countable resources of the assistance unit shall be determined in accordance with chapter 17-675 and shall not exceed the personal reserve standard of $5,000.(c) The countable income of the assistance unit shall be determined in accordance with chapter 17-676.Haw.
