A construction grant agreement shall be executed between the authority and the owner who receives a construction grant for constructing or renovating a dwelling unit to be used as a rental unit for tenants in the program. The agreement shall include, but not be limited to, the owner's name, address, ownership information, dwelling unit information, financial cost information, construction grant amounts, restriction on use of the dwelling unit, indemnification of the authority during construction, liability insurance, and the owner's the authority's responsibilities.
