Section 17-1737-28 - Eligibility requirements(a) The individual applicant shall meet the basic eligibility requirements of the medicaid program in order to qualify for medicaid assistance.(b) Long-term institutional services shall be available to recipients who have been approved by the department to receive these services.Haw.
