Section 17-1737-6 - Outpatient hospital services

Outpatient hospital services means preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative, or palliative services provided to an outpatient by or under the direction of a physician or dentist and which are furnished by an institution meeting the following requirements:

(1) Is licensed or formally approved as a hospital by the State; and

(2) Meets the requirements for medicare participation.
