Section 17-1724.2-3 - Special provisions for eligibility renewals(a) Individuals who were beneficiaries prior to October 1, 2013, and were transferred to a MAGI group shall not have eligibility re-determined under the MAGI-based income methodology until March 31, 2014, or at the next scheduled re-determination of eligibility, whichever is later.(b) Individuals eligible under a MAGI group whose eligibility renewal would have occurred from October 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014 shall have their eligibility period extended by six months.
