Section 17-1722-61 - Eligibility review(a) Eligibility reviews shall be conducted annually or at intervals determined necessary by the department(b) Individuals who fail to complete or fail to cooperate in the completion of the eligibility review shall be ineligible for benefits under this group.Haw.
