Section 17-1722-127 - Rebate agreement(a) A drug manufacturer that sells prescription drugs in the State and who enters into a rebate agreement with the department shall be required to make rebate payments to the department according to a schedule established by the department.(b) The department or its designee shall attempt to obtain a rebate amount that is equal to or greater than the amount of any discount, rebate, or price reduction for prescription drugs provided to the federal government pursuant to 42 U.S.C.
