Section 17-1720-26 - Dental Services(a) Required preventive dental services and medically necessary dental services shall only be provided on a fee-for-service basis under section 17-1737-75.(b) The health plans shall coordinate with the department or its designee to refer an eligible individual to the department's dental third party administrator for non-medically related dental services.
