Section 17-1717.1-8 - Purpose

This subchapter describes the eligibility requirements for participation in transitional medical assistance for a household consisting of a pregnant woman or parent or caretaker relative with a child(ren) described in Section 1925 of the Social Security Act subject to federal authorization.
