Section 17-1714.1-2 - Right to assistance(a) The department shall promptly provide medical assistance without delay to any individual or household who meets all of the applicable eligibility requirements set forth by subtitle 12.(b) An individual shall receive assistance unless determined ineligible for coverage due to the individual's or household's failure to provide required verification or meet all Medicaid eligibility requirements.Haw.
