Section 17-1711.1-34 - Notice of disposition of the application(a) A notice of disposition of the application shall be sent under the provisions of chapter 17-1713.1.(b) If determined eligible for medical assistance, the individual shall be issued a Medicaid identification card by the department as appropriate.(c) For an individual determined ineligible for Medicaid, the department shall transfer the individual's application information for other insurance affordability programs as appropriate pursuant to 42 C.F.R. §435.1200(e).Haw.
