Section 17-1625-38 - Emergencies(a) The resource family shall obtain instructions from the child-placing agency, or from the legal custodian in independent placements, regarding procedures to follow in case of sudden illness or accidents.(b) Severe illness, serious injuries, accident, or death of the child shall be reported immediately to the agency, or in independent placement, to the child's legal custodian responsible for the child.Haw.
