Section 17-1625-32 - Contacts with the resource family(a) The resource family home shall be visited by staff authorized by the agency as frequently as needed to ensure the continued well-being of the foster child and to ensure that the resource family home continues to meet the licensing requirements.(b) The resource family home shall provide access to their home and the foster child when requested by the agency.(c) The resource family home shall be subject to investigation at any time and in a manner, place, and form as may be prescribed by the department or its authorized agents.Haw.
