Section 17-1621-20 - Review of permanency assistance agreement for state funded permanency assistance(a) For state funded permanency assistance, there shall be a review of the permanency assistance agreement, including difficulty of care payments (in accordance with section 17-1617-15(b)), at least every two years to determine if there are any significant changes which may affect the terms of the agreement.(b) If the caregiver(s) fails to submit the requested information for the review, the permanency assistance payments shall be suspended until the department receives the requested information.Haw.
