Section 17-1620-13 - Method of payment(a) Payment of adoption subsidy shall be made to the adoptive parent(s) on a monthly basis following the month of care.(b) Payment for nonrecurring adoption expenses shall be made upon receipt of an itemized bill or receipt for the allowable nonrecurring adoption expenses submitted to the department no later than two years after the date of the final decree of adoption.Haw.
