Section 17-1421-12 - Confidentiality(a) All information relating to cases of vulnerable adult abuse shall be confidential and unauthorized disclosure shall be punishable as provided in section 346-225, HRS.(b) In addition, the provisions of chapter 17-1401.1 shall apply to this chapter.Haw.
