Section 17-1418-2 - Goals

Adult foster care services shall be provided in accordance with the following goals:

(1) To prevent or reduce inappropriate or premature institutional care by providing community-based care; and

(2) To prevent or remedy neglect, abuse, or exploitation of adults who are unable to independently protect their own interests.
