Section 17-1400-1 - Purpose The purpose of the rules specified in this subtitle is to:
(1) Identify the types of assistance and services offered by the adult and community care services branch;(2) Specify conditions which an individual shall meet in order to receive the assistance or services; and(3) Specify conditions which the adult and community care services branch shall follow in administering the programs.[Eff 12/5/97] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: HRS § 346-14)
