Section 16-99-127 - Denial, revocation, and suspension(a) In the event an application for provider registration, renewal of registration, course certification, or renewal of certification is denied, the commission shall notify the applicant of the commission's decision, state specifically the reason for denying the application, and inform the applicant of the right to a hearing under chapter 91, HRS.(b) In the event the commission deems it proper to revoke or suspend a provider registration or course certification, the commission shall notify the provider or course owner by mail of the commission's intent to revoke or suspend the registration or certification, state specifically the reason for revocation or suspension, and inform the provider or course owner of the right to a hearing under chapter 91, HRS.
