Section 16-99-123 - Classrooms(a) A continuing education provider shall have and maintain classrooms that have adequate space, seating, equipment, and instructional material.(b) A provider shall provide written certification to the commission that each classroom conforms to the zoning, building, electrical, plumbing, and fire codes of the county in which the facility is located and to State rules as may be applicable to the facility.
