Section 16-99-121 - Faculty(a) Each continuing education provider shall designate an individual as administrator.(b) The administrator shall be responsible for:(1) Complying with the commission's rules relating to continuing education providers as set forth in this subchapter;(2) Providing reports and information as may be required by the commission;(3) Informing the commission in writing ten business days prior to any changes in the information on the application for registration as a provider;(4) Directing and supervising the continuing education provider's faculty, staff, and program;(5) Administering and maintaining the student evaluations; and(6) Ensuring that instructors do not fall below minimum rating standards.
