Ten days prior to the cancellation of provider registration, a provider shall in writing inform the commission of its intent to cancel its registration and discontinue the offering of courses. Within a reasonable time, after informing the commission of its intention to cancel its registration, the provider shall refund any course tuition and other fees collected in advance.
