Section 16-99-108 - Revocation or suspension of a continuing education course certification

The commission may revoke or suspend the certification of a continuing education course for any of the following causes:

(1) The course no longer satisfies the requirements of section 16-99-100;

(2) The course contains outdated or incorrect information; and

(3) Such other cause as may be determined by the commission.
