The commission may authorize the use of funds deposited in the real estate education fund for the benefit of and improvement of services to the consuming public, licensees, commissioners, and staff. The education fund may be used for classes, media exposure, participation in national associations, publications, research, seminars, studies, and any other educational purpose as the commission may determine.
