Section 16-99-19 - License applications(a) All applications for a real estate salesperson or broker license shall be accompanied by:(1) The required fee; and(2) Supporting documents to satisfy the applicable education and experience requirements. Applications not accompanied by supporting documents shall be rejected. In the event an applicant has not satisfied the applicable education and experience requirements, the applicant's examination score shall be declared void and license application rejected.(b) An application for a branch office registration shall be accompanied by the required branch office registration fee.
