Section 16-99-10 - Revoked license

An individual whose license has been revoked shall apply for a new real estate salesperson license by filing an application and complying with all requirements for new applicants. The commission may waive the applicable education requirements of section 467-9.5, HRS, pursuant to section 16-99-37.
