Section 16-98-29 - Subject matter
(a) The board shall evaluate the eligibility of the applicant from information shown on the application. The applicant shall demonstrate to the board that the applicant's qualifications are adequate. The applicant shall appear personally before the board so that the board may have an opportunity to judge the applicant's:
(1) Qualifications for the practice of psychology;
(2) Integrity and ethical standards;
(3) Resourcefulness and initiative; and
(4) General attitude and approach to the practice of psychology.
(b) The four and one half hour EPPP written examination shall cover general psychology, general methodology, clinical psychology and behavior modification, other applications of psychology, and professional conduct, affairs, ethics, and questions covering the law and rules which specifically apply to license holders.
