Section 16-98-18 - Demand for hearing

Any person whose application for license, reexamination, or temporary permit has been denied by the board shall be entitled to a hearing after notice, provided that a demand for hearing is filed with the board within sixty days of the date of mailing of the letter informing the applicant of the denial of the application.
