Section 16-97-11 - Suppression of evidence

A licensee, or a licensee's employee, shall not knowingly suppress any evidence in the investigation of a criminal or civil matter with intent to cause delay, interference, obstruction, or hindrance to the progress of a law enforcement investigation.
