Section 16-96-26.3 - Waiver of requirements for port pilot license

Upon presentation of proof satisfactory to the director that a deputy port pilot applicant for port pilot license has met the requirements of section 16-96-26(1)(A) and (B), the director may waive all or part of the eighteen months service requirements of section 16-96-26(1).
