Section 16-96-51 - Administrative procedures

Except as otherwise provided by chapter 462A, HRS, or by this chapter, the administrative practice and procedure shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, Hawaii Administrative Rules, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
