Section 16-95-18 - License or permit required

It shall be unlawful for a person who is not licensed or who has not been issued a permit under chapter 461, HRS, and this chapter to engage in the practice of a pharmacist, to perform the duties of a pharmacy intern, to operate a pharmacy, to engage in the wholesale distribution of drugs, or to engage in any activities requiring a miscellaneous permit.
